I got this for my boyfriend after our trip to Mexico. We saw the mural on the cover of the book at the Museum of Anthropology. This was a special treat because it is his favorite painting ever. I'm an art teacher so I'm thrilled at any interest he takes in art. He wanted to go to Tamayo's museum - and I wanted to go to Kahlo's. We tried to do both, but unfortunately ran out of time while visiting the Kahlo museum. I have felt guilty he didn't get a chance to see more of Tamayo's work - so this book was a great find! I'm still searching for a poster of this mural - but he loved the book and was really impressed I went out of my way to find it. Spanish is his first language, so that was an added bonus. The pictures are beautiful and large! with lots of great detail shots. I can't read the content - but he has told me bits and pieces and it sounds very interesting. Great purchase - highly recommended!
